Prior to receiving any of our treatments, a consultation with Carrie Wales, APRN-NP is required. Why? Because we want to ensure you receive the right treatment at the right time. Some patients may or may not be eligible to receive certain treatments due to existing health conditions or implants. The best way for us to get you the treatments you want is for us to meet privately with you to discuss your options!
For new patients, at the time of booking an appointment with us, we require a $99 deposit. The deposit must be paid within 72 hours of scheduling the appointment or the appointment will be cancelled. The $99 deposit is applied to any treatment or service provided at M.E. Wellness Care & Aesthetics.
For existing patients, we understand things come up and sometimes life happens. Unfortunately, last minute cancellations leave a hole in our providers’ schedules that are difficult to fill. We ask that you contact us at least 12 hours in advance of a necessary cancellation to avoid a cancellation fee charged to the credit card on file.

Any cancellation or reschedule made within 12 hours of your appointment time will incur a $50 missed-appointment fee for 30+ minutes, or a $25 fee for a missed appointment less than 30 minutes.
